DRIVEN is Finished! (And I’m Running on Equal Parts Joy and Panic)

Hello again, lovely people 💕

I can hardly believe I’m typing these words, but here we are — Driven is officially finished. Ninety thousand words of tension, passion, action, and (naturally) a whole lot of love.
Dominic and Faye have finally crossed the finish line, dragging me along in a whirlwind of arguments, kisses, and high-octane emotions. It’s been a wild ride — the kind where you’re thrilled, terrified, and slightly concerned about your caffeine levels all at once.
Right now, I’m knee-deep in final edits, making sure every word earns its place. I’m also sketching the cover art (yes, the pencils are out and the playlist is on repeat) and sorting out all those fiddly behind-the-scenes details that turn a draft into a book.
It’s equal parts magic and mayhem. ✨
There’s something strange about
finishing a story you’ve lived with for so long — it feels like waving off dear friends at the airport. I keep telling myself they’ll be fine without me… but I still sneak back to check their gate.
Thank you, as always, for cheering me on — for reading, commenting, and reminding me that writing isn’t such a lonely road after all. You’re my Corner Crew, and this book would never have made it across the line without you.
Something tells me my next story might keep the engines warm… but I’ll save that for next time. 🔥
Until next time, With love, pencils, and plot twists, Maya 📚💫
